About the Cullips

Stephen and Debbie Cullip are career ballroom dancing instructors and dance event creators. As a two time professional USA Ballroom Championship winner, Stephen has decades of success at competing, teaching, coaching, competition judging, choreography, and performance team creation and management.

We teach in the northern and eastern areas of the San Francisco bay area. Many of our classes and lessons are at Dance Arts Ballroom in San Rafael and Just Dance Ballroom in Oakland.
